
After making a recent commitment to reduce excessive speeding (especially in efforts to get to certain morning character building workouts) I decided to do a workout here on the Beck homestead.
Using two 20 lb dumbbells for resistance an impromptu head to toe workout of one commenced.
Warmup:
Mosey 2 x laps around the Beck estate perimeter carrying 40 lbs
Grass pickers 10ic
Arm circles 10ic
Wonder bra 10ic
Circle arms 10ic
Motivator from 10 reps down
Arms/upper body:
Bench dips 10ic
Merkins/inclined merkins up the deck steps, 12 steps, 3 merkins at each step
Dips on the way down, 1 each step
Transition/mixed:
Bear crawl from bottom of deck steps across the yard to back property line
Lunge walk to center
Butterfly press with 20 lb dumbbells x10
Bench press with dumbbells x10
Core:
Flutterkicks 10ic

Side leg raises 10ic each side
Mosey 2.5 laps
Legs:
