Vertical Ruck Swing 2×25

SB Get-Up 4×8 (4/leg)

Weighted superman 4×8

SB situp 3×20

SB dead lift 3×10

Ruck w/ SB OH 0.5miles – stop anytime SB lowered

Good work this morning fellas! The mumblechatter was light this morning. Hopefully thats cuz you were getting that breathing down for the next set. The OH carry was a doozy! Way to push through and hit those small goals to get to the finish line. Always a pleasure to lead amongst you studs and watch you crush through everything.
