6 Pax were out bright and early to enjoy the grind today. And I think Surprise MAY have broke a sweat! 😂😂.

 

In honor of my age and my son's age, I give you 54's and 16's.

 

54's.

 

4 sets of 5 exercises, all one minute long, no breaks. Keep moving!

 

1. Burpees.

2. Standing Mountain Climbers.

3. Side Straddle Hops.

4. Squat, fall forward to merkin, thrust yourself back to squat. Repeat. Called this Squat Falling Merkin. Didn't see it in Exicon.

5. Flutter Kicks.

 

After the 20 minute of non-stop moving, we moved on to…

 

16's.

 

15 overhead presses.

 

Lunge from 3rd base to 2nd base. Run back to 3rd base.

 

1 curl.

 

Lunge from 3rd base to 2nd base. Run back to third base.

 

Continue to go down with overhead presses, and increase curls until 1 overhead press, 15 curls.

 

Caveat for the speedy Gonzales' of the group. If you finish earlier than other PAX, continue with them until all are finished. No PAX left behind, and no reward to finish fast. At a minimum, all PAX did 1920' of lunges! Our legs will feel it tomorrow!

 

Prayers for all the injured PAX, Moose and Bunyan's M's, and for Turnpike's M who will have gall bladder surgery I believe next week.

 

Sorry for the delayed post, I had to work basketball games after the grind! Thanks to the PAX who braved the cold!
