Next week we celebrate Independence Day. So we put our history knowledge to the test while getting stronger. Periodically, a representative PAX would be asked a question about the Revolutionary War (he could get help from the group). Get it right; T-claps. Get it wrong; 5x OYO burpees for everyone.

We are blessed to live in this Nation where we enjoy opportunities and freedom envied by many in the world. PAX were encouraged to consider Galatians 5:13 that speaks of using our freedom to serve one another. This was tied back to the Mission of F3 that aims to invigorate male community leadership. May all the PAX aim to use our freedom and opportunities to lead and serve those around us.
Prayers were offered for Bunyan’s M and Eagle’s M, safe travels for Red Card, Trojan, Drawstring, and Door Dash’s family while they go on their respective trips, Square’s family and his foster kids, strength and protection for the persecuted church, Double Mint’s daughter, and praises for Popo’s mission trip to Texas.
Side note: block throws may not be the best idea as we experienced a few damaged blocks. Sorry Popo 🙁
All the PAX did a great job today. It was a grind, but everyone put in the work with a smile (well, maybe the smiles were after it was done). Thanks for following my lead today!
