4 PAX and 1 FNG came out in the gloom for an Indian run themed workout, while 1 PAX, DoubleDown, did the IPC week 3 beatdown.

As Double Down got started on IPC, the rest of us took a mosey to warmup.

 

The Thang

 

Difficulty level of the “Indian Runs” increased a bit, compared to Friday, with 5 PAX instead of 3. We did our Indian runs around the pavilion. Just wait until we get 10 PAX or 15…or 20…

 

Indian Bear Crawl – did a bear crawl until all PAX Bear Crawl sprinted to the front then stopped for 4 sets of 10 exercises:
