WARM-UP:
Stretch OYO
THE THANG:
Go over 2023 WK 1 IPC items and get to work. There is always a 5 min EMOM with varying MOT when it goes off. Out/Back 10 yards / 30 feet.
Round 1:
Flying Squirrels x10
WW3 x10
Rinse and repeat for 4 rounds / 80 total reps
Had 1 MOT = Block Lunge Walk
Round 2:
Block over burpee x10
No Cheat Merkins x10
Rinse and repeat for 4 rounds / 80 total reps
Had 2 MOT = Murder Bunny
Round 3:
Block Thruster x10
Jillian Michaels x10
Rinse and repeat for 4 rounds / 80 total reps
Had 2 MOT = Rifle Carry
Back to Round 1 and we did 3 rounds / 60 reps with one MOT of Lunge Walk and one MOT of Murder Bunny

Good work to everybody. I like after IPC doing these WO’s where we stick together as it helps push all of us to go harder than we would if we were OYO like during normal IPC. Good to see everybody out there and lifted up a lot of prayers with all sorts of stuff going on.
