What a morning! During the Ruck, 3 PAX logged 4 miles in What started out with a light mist and balmy temperatures. By the end the temps dropped 10 or more degrees and we were being pelted with sleet.
The WO started with big beautiful snow flakes and cold extremities. But once we started moving it was 75 and sunny…if only in our minds.

As Eagle said 7 dudes beating the fartsack on a day where it is easy to sleep in was pretty awesome. The 5 core principles of F3 are: Free of Charge, Open to All Men, Held Outdoors, Peer Led and Ends with a COT. Core Principle #3 was tested today and we all killed it.
Prayer: FNG's close friend/ mentor, Richard Hess' passing.
Praise: F3 and what we do with and for eachother.
