round 1 began with a light mosey up to the far pavilion and around it and back to small one.
1-1/8 mile run, 5 Burpees
2 -1/8 mile run, 5 burpees, 10 Merkins
3- 1/8 mile run, 5 burpees, 10 Merkins, 15LBCs
4- 1/8 Mile run, 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15LBCs, 20 dry docks
5- 1/8 Mile run, 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15LBCs, 20 dry docks.. those suck by the way
6- 1/8 mile run, 5 burpees, 10 Merkins, 15 LBCs, 20 SSHs , 25 squats
7- 1/8 mile run, 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15LBc, 20 SSHs, 25 squats, 1 min elbow plank
8- finishing up with 1/8 mile run up to pavilion around it and back.
