
4 PAX braved the frightening gloom and experienced thrills and chills along a dark and spooky trail.
We started off being distracted by a persistent shrieking sound off in the distance that kept us company for the warmup and first part of the workout.

We headed off onto the dark path away from the shrieking sound which slowly faded as we progressed on our journey. A 2 minute timer was set and we mosied until the timer went off, then stopped for 50 reps.

With about 4 minutes left it was time to run directly toward our fears. We did a 2 minute mosey in the last known direction of the shrieking sound. All was quiet but we lost one PAX along the way…turned out this PAX decided to continue the mosey around the parking lot and perhaps wisely, didn’t want to encounter a rabid animal in the dark.
