7 Pax chose the harder thang this morning and did a little running / leg workout on this beautiful morning! Logged 1.55 miles, 150 Squats, and a crap ton of lunges 💪😂! Awesome job brothers! FYI- I don’t think roadrunner sweats until he hits at least 10 miles 😂😂! Welcome officially to Pudge who had posted at ultimate last Saturday so we got to name him today! Here is what we did …….
