Work out:
Mosey to shed and get 2 bricks for each PAX. Then mosey to field next to big pavilion
Combo #1
Squat presses 10 ic
Merkins 10 ic
MTN climbers 10 ic
Twist MTN climbers 10 ic
Leg underneath oblique twist 10 ic
Low plank spiderman leg climbers 10 ic
Rinse and Repeat x 3

Combo #2
With one brick:
Chest press up, swing under legs (like a dumbbell swing), reverse lunge, take brick overhead to other side. Repeat on opposite sides.
10 ic each side

Since my Man-iversary is July 21, we stacked the bricks and did 21 jump over brick merkins.

Went to pavilion
Combo #3
"Sit" on bench with bricks in front of you and leg length.
One leg cross over bricks then other one. Both legs back to center in front and then repeat x 10
Switch lead leg x 10
The legs together with 3 points of contact….upper left, down center, upper right x 20
Legs together, bring each leg up individually to chest, both to center, upper right, repeat legs to chest x 10
Then we did all together non stop x 10 reps each routine.

Stacked bricks
Derkins….4 count….down, up, tap bricks with one hand, then the other =1

Stack bricks back to shed. Mosey to flag.

Downward dog stretch and cat stretch
