Backblast 3/21/24: #Rapho run / ruck : It’s almost Friday !

4 runners and 1 lone Rucker again got in some miles on this chilly morning! Everyone did a great job today! The Rucker did 3.0 miles super fast, the runners did 4.02 miles! Buffalo rang the second bell today and joined us for our 4 mile run !
