BACKBLAST:

5 PAX showed up on a cold & rainy morning to put in the miles. 2x Ruckers completed 3 miles while the runners put int 3.7 miles of running, but with a twist. Endurance is gained on tired legs, so on every mile, we did a set of leg exercises:

Mile 1 – 20x IC air squates

Mile 2 – 20x IC honkey humpers

Mile 3 – we were behind schedule, so we nixed Mile 3 ‍🤷‍♂️

 

Nice work on everyone's part as it's another day the Fartsack didn't win. Well done men!
