BACKBLAST:

Theme was to move 40 minutes without taking any breaks. All exercises one minute in length.

 

WARM UP:

Jog in place.

Side staddle hops.

Heisman.

1-2-3 Heisman.

Pike merkins or regular Merkins, PAX chose which ever they wanted.

 

The Thang:

Do one side each for one minute, then the other.

Jabs.

Jab-Cross.

Jab-Cross-Hook.

Jab-Cross-Hook-Uppercut.

 

Warm up.

 

Knee Kicks.

Ball Kicks.

Side Kicks.

Back Kicks.

 

Warm up.

 

Hook-Uppercut-Side Kick.

Three Direction Kick.

From and Back Knuckles/Ball Kick, Back Kick.

High Block, Low Punch.

 

End with one and half minute, Verticle Punches in a horse stance.

 

We started a few minutes late because of the construction on Strickler Road. It's completely inaccessible if you are coming from the south side (cornerstone or esbenshade). Three of us parked in the back parking lot, sunspot and chowda heard us and joined us. Keep that in mind for Saturday!
