The Thang

We mosied over to the track and started with a lap around the track, ending up at the bleachers. We started with a set of 10 of an exercise, followed by a run up the bleachers, another set of 10 at the top, then running down. For each round, we stuck with those two excercises, adding 5 reps and doing 3 sets before adding a mosey.
