Broad Jump to Cones…at each cone complete 10 Burpees, 10 Bonnie Blairs & 10 Big Boi Situps

After the Killer B's at 30yds Bear Crawl back to the starting line.

 

Rinse and Repeat for 5 Rounds …Pick up the 6 and leave no man behind

Total Reps 150 of each exercise
