One minute low plank.

 

Mosey to pavilion with walls.

 

2 minute wall squats hold.

 

Mosey back to outer circle and back to pavilion.

 

100 air squats.

20 Bulgarian air squats each leg.

50 jump squats.

20 step ups each leg.

One minute low plank.

 

Mosey to basketball court pavilion.

 

Motivators 10-15.

Bonnie Blairs 20 per leg OYO.

 

Mosey to walled pavilion.

 

Wall squats for 1:30.

 

Mosey back to main pavilion around outside of park.

 

Yoga time! 30 second warrior one and 30 second warrior two. Switch legs and repeat.

 

Table 30 seconds, drop hands to ground or ankles for 30 seconds. Repeat to other leg.

 

COT: prayers for Bunyan's m as well as Eagle's M. Prayers for Uncle Chowdah adjustment to retirement at 48. For Sunspot's daughter who will be heading to college next fall and is taking ownership of her future.

 

For those curious. 10-20 is 660 regarding the motivator. We did 960 today. 10-1 is 220.
