THE THANG:
300m Run
24 Toe to bar
24 Box jumps
24 Block Squats
24 Hand release merkins
24 Block rows
24 Air squats
Rinse and repeat for 2 rounds.
*Was supposed to be 4 rounds. 7 exercises for the month of July, 4 rounds for the 4th, and the total of reps w/ the distance = 1776. Do that last 2 OYO at home for some extra credit 🙂

Nice work this morning and welcome to Two Piece. We have had 2 strong FNG's from Patches relentless EH'ing. Thanks brother for always giving it away! Everybody was pushing hard today and this was not an easy WO. I was surprised how long it took us to get through just the 2 rounds.
