Circle arms (20)
Grass pickers (20)
Low Slow Squats (10)
Flip a coin
Heads: Do broad jumps around playground
Tails: Do 20 jump squats
Split into 2 teams
One team flips a coin
Heads: Do 30 merkins while the other team holds Al gore
Tails: Do 50 SSHs while the other team holds a plank
Switch every time everyone is back Keep doing that until 5:50 or for 10 minutes
Change teams around
One team flips a coin.
Heads: lunge walk around playground while other team does LBCs
Tails: Bear crawl around playground while other team does American hammers
Switch
keep doing till 600
Everyone does 20 merkins
Each person has a choice to do the 20 or flip a coin
Heads do 10 merkins
Tails do 30 merkins
Keep doing this with mountain climbers, lunges, burpees, crab cakes, Flutter kicks, etc like crab walks and duck walks
