Rolled into Rapho with absolutely no plan, no agenda, and a dangerously high level of confidence.

Started with a few things, then moved on to others. Transitioned into a series of movements. Walked in circles, sat on a wall, and discussed the blue pills.

At some point we did reps of something, followed by reps of something else. Nobody remembers what or really cares. Finished with a cool-down that looked remarkably similar to lying around.

It was a beautiful morning; we had good conversation, and we moved ourselves around from point to point to keep the Maintenance Crew in working order.

COT: Sometimes in life you need a plan. Today was not one of those times.
