
This was a Last Minute Q (LMQ) pick up but it was good to get back in front of some pax for my first Q since June!
Warm a rama: Arm Circles, Circle Arms, Chinooks, Bird dogs, dead bugs
the Thang: Pax got into the rhythm of the workout with a few tunes
#1 Danger Zone: SSH for the duration of the son…anytime you hear "Danger Zone" pax dropped into a squat (3min 35 sec)
#2 Bring Sally Up: Bonnie Blairs…any time you hear bring "Sally Up" perform one Bonnie Blair. Only 30 reps (3min 33sec)
#3 Gut Busters – because it's October and it felt like a ghost town at Rapho. Hold Plank for the duration of the song…anytime you hear "Ghost Busters" perform one burpee…anytime you hear "I ain't afraid of no Ghost" perform 5 plank Jacks
#4 -"Baby Shark" -Because Sharks are swimming in the streets of Florida. Hollow body hold…when you hear: Baby Shark – Hello Dolly; Mommy Shark – X Factor; Daddy Shark – Freddie Mercur; Grandma Shark – Flutterkick; Grandpa Shark -Crucnhy Frog; Let's go Hunt – Mtn Climbers; till the song ends – gas pumpers.

#1 Black Jack- 1 coupon curl, mosey around pavilio, 20 OH Presses, mosey around pavilion. Continue until reps are flipped always equaling 21.
