This is all from memory, as my Q plan blew out of the Jeep on Rt30.
Opened with a brief prayer and 5 core principles.
Started with some overhead stretches and forward folds. Transitioned into some warrior poses, which morphed into 20 IC Monkey Humpers, and 20 IC of something that was argued was not a Bonnie Blair.
Grabbed a coupon per pair and moved to the larger pavillion. Left the coupon for a mosey around the neighborhood. Debated ways to wake Trojan up. Returned to pavillion and paired up for the main course.
