The Thang:

Each PAX grabbed their ruck or sandband and headed to comfort of the pavillion. Waiting there for us was a deck of cards and a clipboard.

Hearts = 4 Count Flutter Kicks with Sandbag or Ruck Overhead

Clubs = Single Leg Lunges with with Sandbag or Ruck

Diamonds = Ruck or Sandbag Thrusters

Spades = 8 Count Man-Makers Slick (No Ruck or Sandbag)

Face Cards = 10 reps

Number Cards = The card number equals the number of reps

We pulled cards and did the work. Lady luck was not kind to us. It seamed like every card was a 10 of Spades for some reason. We didn't make it through the deck, but played our hand well. Work is below:

37 lunges

It was a humid morning, we put in the work and left our sweat on the concrete of the pavillion. Caterpillar introduced us to a possible future 2.0. I mean what is that thing?  Good luck with that Cat! (see Cat for details)
