THE THANG:

Log pass to Field…stand in line holding Al Gore (Tree Hugger Position) Last guy in line passes log between legs up to guy in front of him and runs to front of the line. Half way, turn around, hold Al Gore, pass log backwards between legs and Nur to front of line.

Mosey to parking lot, grab water

Line up in a circle, with a log at opposite sides of circle (at 3 o’clock & 9 o’clock):

PAX at each log, pick up log and do 5 murder bunnies, 5 Irkins on log, then 5 murder bunnies back to circle. Entire circle moves one spot clockwise. Next Pax next to log picks up log, and remaining Pax in circle begin next exercise.

While 2 PAX do log murder bunnies & Irkens, everyone else in circle does AMRAP:

1.) Shoulder Tap Plank (When Q is on the log)

2.) Lumberjack Failure To Launch (w/ Sound effects!)

3.) WWII (IC)

4.) Side Straddle Hops (IC)

5.) Merkins (Up/Down Count)

6.) Lunges (IC)

Indian Run w/ log pass around field back to flag

2 guys in front start with log. Pass both logs to back of line while mosey-ing. When last 2 guys get logs, they sprint to front of line while carrying log.
