Warmups:
- Pulse squat IC
- Slow low merkins IC
- Michael Phelps IC

The Thang:
- Rifle carry block to end of parking lot
- (2) rounds: PAX takes turns walking to end of parking lot and back (Farmer’s carry (2) blocks) while others perform Pulse squats
- (2) rounds: PAX takes turns walking to end of parking lot and back (Rifle carry block) while others perform lateral Goblet squats
- Suitcase carry block to pavilion
- Alternate between (2) exercises – block rows ea arm (at bench) then follow up with dips: (11) reps ea exercise one round, (10) reps ea exercise second round, so on deducting (1) rep ea round till stopping at (5) reps ea exercise
- AMRAP: 50 second rounds with 15 second rest between rounds; Exercises included – Kettle block swings, Block curls, step-ups at bench – we did (3) rounds
- MARY AMRAP: Flutter kicks while block bench pressing; Block bench press IC; Sit-Thru’s
- Finish strong with one last round of Kettle block swings
COT – thankful for health and abilities this time of year with all the viruses going around; prayed for PAX families that have children transitioning in school to new classes, fighting off seasonal viruses, healing from family loss
