I am not sure if the light turnout was because I ran the q, or was the day after a holiday! Regardless, I was too sore to lead a regular workout, so today was an OYO workout that is not simple. We re-visited my favorite IPC workout but made a simple revision.

 

200 curls.

175 air squats.

150 OH press.

125 rows.

100 merkins.

 

There are three more exercises but nobody made it that far.

 

Do 25 reps, run 25 yards, do 5 WW2. Run back, continue the same exercise until you do the entire cycle. Normally you do 3 burpees instead of WW2.

 

Was hazy hot and humid this morning, so for those that came, a sweat fest. Thanks for coming after 7/4!
