
Nine PAX came out to embrace the inknown of what historical IPC WO we would embark on. Went with a oldie but goodie tough one called Maryanne's Mayhem. Lots of reps but it only makes us better. Here is what we did…
WARM-UP:

Every 25 reps, run 25 yards do 3 burpees and run back

Block OH press x100

MARY: psssh who needs core work
MOLESKIN:
Good work this morning fellas! This is a WK4 WO so after you are dialed in on everything and earned those gainz but figured we might as well rip the bandaid off and go hard right out the gare so next week feels like a breeze. I know some PAX got right to the Bonnie Blair's section. This is a tough one and would be great to run it again after we complete IPC just to see how much further on this ladder we could get. We did modify the OH press down to 100 from 150 to allow us to get theu some of the other exercises.
