BACKBLAST:
We had a freakishly warm morning after this past weekend. 3 PAX got out of the fart sack to attack the challenge presented.
Timer set for 50 minutes. Measured out 30 yards. Rep based workout using cinder blocks.
Exercises are done 25 reps at a time. After completing each exercise, run/jog 30 yards and do 3 burpees. Run back and continue with exercise.
Exercises:
200 Curls.
175 Squats.
150 OH presses.
125 Rows.
100 Merkins.
75 Thrusters.
50 Bonnie Blairs (the hard way, R&L = one rep).
25 Blockees.
