Bat Wings – Start with 19 x Forward Arm Circles, hold, 19 x Circle Arms, hold, 19 x seal claps, hold, 19 x overhead claps.
Everything is on a 4-count With an 11 second hold between exercises.
Morning Call of "Duty" – All PAX "line up in a circle" and get into Al Gore position. One PAX runs around the circle and then does 11 squats. After 11 squats, he rejoins the PAX in Al Gore position and the next guy runs around then calls out his 11 squats. The cycle continues until all PAX have performed 11 squats. No one leaves the Al Gore position unless it’s his turn to call out Squats or until all calls have been made.
The Thang:
Mosey to soccer field to get Coupons
1 set of 25 for each exercise (overhead press, block rows, block curls, block press, and trice press) as a group then PAX are "rewarded" with 19 SSH (rinse and repeat 4 times) for a total of 500 reps.
Called an audible after the first set and switched the overhead press to Goblet Squats and the triceps press to squat thrusts as I didn't want anyone to get a concussion. ☠️😂
*side note* Each coupon on average weighs 38 pounds with each PAX doing 500 reps in all, they moved 19,000 pounds to celebrate the Q being 19,000 days old.

MARY:
Bone The Fish – Find a parking lot with spaces. Divide PAX into two teams. Start on the first set of lines shuffle right along the line then shuffle left, sprint up to the next line and repeat for 4 lines. The rest of the PAX are holding in plank position until PAX is finished with with their turn.
