Each Pax gets a parking spot and in that spot is a merkin exercise. First Pax does his buy in Merkin then runs around the circle and back to the parking lot. Everyone else does their exercise until he returns. Write your rep count on the block, move up one rinse and repeat. Exercise below 👇
