Nur across parking lot, sprint back

Cocaine Crawl Bears half way across

Lunge walk with 3 Merkins per line for 2nd half

Sprint back

Ring of fire with high plank/Merkins, then al gore and star jumps

Nur across parking lot

WW2’s, LBCs, Homer & Marge

Sprint back

Bear crawl over hill to road

Mosey back to flag

Hopefully everyone gets some time off this week to slow down for Christmas and get some extra posts. Great to see Hardcode back in action, our LLP winner, haha!
