
BACKBLAST 6/27/24: #DR Boyne Mountain : Mountain Top Workout

2 Pax walked 1.7 miles to the top of
the mountain to do a little workout! With the workout and run back down the mountain to our cabin we logged 3 miles! It was an awesome way to start the day! Thanks Big blue for pushing me! Total milage was 4.7 miles!

The Thang
BOMBS
Partner up. Pax 1 does exercise while Pax 2 runs to the starter hut. Swap out and continue the exercise until each amount of reps are complete. The exercises and reps are: 50- Burpees / 100- 4 ct mountain climbers / 150- Merkins / 200- Big Boy Sit-ups / 250- Squats.
Apple Turnover around the oval
Bear crawl to the top of the oval. PAX would then flip to the crab walk to the light pole, Back to the bear crawl to the bottom of oval. flip crab walk back to the start .
