The thing

Mosey, nur, shuffle, Carioca all over the park with many breaks for burpees. Left water bottles in parking lot. Crawl bear up hills, mosey more with more burpees and flutter kicks built in.

Mosey back to flag, picking up water bottles along the way.

We thought that Cropfit lost his family heirloom water bottle when the trash truck ran something over back where water bottles were left. Thankfully it was just the disposable plastic bottle.

Thankful for a great group of guys to start the week with and the opportunity to get some extra burpees in for MABA.

Prayers for sick (Door Dash) and injured PAX, Poncho’s bday, Square and family, Bunyan’s M, and that we will be HIM wherever we find ourselves this week.
