
I saw another region doing #MurphMonday and was inspired to throw it out there and thankfully PAX were interested. This was our first go at it.
For those that don't know, here is The Murph WOD :
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 merkins
300 squats
1 mile run
We modified the following:
3/4mi run
90 pull-ups
180 merkins
270 squats
3/4mi run
9 rounds of the workout in sets of 10/10ic/15ic

Nice work this morning Blue! Felt great to shake out the legs after Saturday. Thanks for sticking with my slowness on the run and the push to empty the tank on the last straightaway.
