17 PAX showed up at The Den this morning to help me celebrate my M’s 40th birthday with a workout she helped me design. So if you liked the beatdown, let her know! If you didn’t like it…well, that’s tough for you then! In the workout notes, I’ll put in () what were her ideas and what were my ideas, so you can really see who wanted to make it hurt!
Warm Up:
Pledge of Allegiance, 5 Core Principals

COT:
Caterpillar & Popo showed up for COT. Prayers for Double Mint’s daughter, prayers for Pilate (who fartsacked this morning!) and his upcoming training for the Air Force! Continued prayers for my M. I shared a little of my M’s story (brain tumor and 3 surgeries) again this morning. She wanted me to express her personal gratitude to all of you HIM and your continued support of me, her, and our family. She also says thank you for all of the happy birthday wishes from each of you, and sorry she didn’t send me to the den this morning with a birthday cake! She hopes you all stretched and aren’t too sore, but I hope you’re all good and sore!
