Mosey to field

• Pair up: One PAX does 40 single count No Surrenders, other PAX Crawl bears as far as he can until partner is done. Then switch and see if 1st PAX can get to 2nd PAX before he does 40 No Surrenders. 100 air presses for PAX who didn't reach teammate, 40IC flutter kicks for PAX that got away.
• Mosey to inner den
• 5’s and dimes EMOM for 6 rounds. 5 pull-ups and 10 Diamond Merkins
• Teams of 3 or 4, sprint races for 5 mins. Team members take turns sprinting across the field and tagging a teammate so that one team member is always sprinting across the field. Max rounds in 5 mins
• Burpees around the circle
• Some stretching
• Mosey back to flag

Sprinting was involved but sometimes we need reassurance that we aren't a running club. It was great to have Bunyan's uncle out (FNG 'Nother round), who gets 3x Respect.

Prayers for Belichick and Drawstring's 2.0 on their missions trip to Brazil, and Popo's missions trip to Texas, Popo's brother in law, Care Bear's 2.0's friend's mom, Double Mint's 2.0, Bunyan's M and Eagle's M, and that we will look for opportunities to serve those around us as Christ modeled for us.
