Thanks for getting out of bed this morning. As we were doing the workout, everyone was conversing. I don't know how, as I was short of breath! 😂😂 Anyway, the workout was similar to Saturday. We each had a cinder block. I did not have my early AM coffee, so thankfully Sunspot could see the board when I called out the wrong exercises!

 

5 sets of 8 one minute exercises for a total of 40 minutes non-stop OYO.

 

1. Burpees.

2. Standing mountain climbers.

3. Curls.

4. Side straddle hops.

5. Squat Merkin thrusters.

6. World War II.

7. Bonnie Blairs/Lunges, whatever you could do.

8. Rows.

 

5 minute Jog/Run.
