COT

-Prayers for Side Car’s coworker & praises that the mass they found on his throat wasn’t cancer or fungal.  Prayers and praises for his brother as well, and turning life around/healing relationships.

-Prayers for Not-My-Day, and upcoming cardiologist appointment

-Prayers for Payload…if you know, you know…I’ll leave it at that.  Haha!

-Prayers for Swanson and his M

-Prayers for people of California, and the firefighters

-Prayers for injured PAX (Butterknife, Rapunzel, Tinker, etc.)

-This was a tough one for sure, and I kept the pace moving!  I know for myself, I only got 2 hours of sleep last night, so I was dragging.  Sunspot also only got a few hours of sleep as well.  It is crazy early, and with little sleep, it can make getting out in the cold even harder, but I have to give you guys some major props for getting after it this morning!

Remember to not take any healthy day for granted.  Life can weigh us down so quickly and easily, but when you stop and reflect, we really do have so much to be thankful for.  Sunspot and Sidecar gave us some good examples of how we can stop, and write down things we’re grateful for, so later we can look back and remember the small and big things we should be thankful for.

Honored to know you guys and lead you this morning.  You guys crushed it.
