The Thang
Grab a weight (ruck, sandbag, coupon) and carry it however you deem fit. Walk until YHC finds an appropriate stopping point. Then stop, drop the weight. 20 WW2s and 10 merkins, in cadence.
Pick 'em up and continue. Stop again. 24 WW2s and 12 merkins this time. Rinse and repeat, each time increasing reps. Next was 28 WW2s and 14 merkins. Walk. Then 32 WW2s and 16 merkins. As YHC was feeling weak and unsure that he could keep the pace up, the merkins from here on were OYO. Walk.
Get back to the flag and do a loop of the parking lot for some mental resilience. Get back to the flag again and then 36 WW2s and 18 merkins; merkins OYO.
Totals: 1.6 miles w/~30 lbs (depending on whose ruck you used), 140 WW2s, and 70 merkins.
