
Boy does it feel good to be back in the Q. I love leading the workouts for an awesome group of men that are here to support each other through the good times and the difficult. No better way to get back into it than by leading a workout where the goal is a thousand reps. We didn't quite make it but it was fun trying. The last round we completed in just under 4 minutes…whew!

- Jungle Boi Squats for the legs and heart
- Calf Raises for the …you know
- Little Baby Crunches for the abs
- Mountain climbers for the full body
- J-Los for the obliques
- 5-10-5 agility sprints for the heart

I think we only completed 7 rounds for 700 reps plus 50 reps in the warm-o-rama… that's a great start to the morning! It was tough and we were sucking wind by the end. Chowdah tried to derail us a few times with some well-timed and needed mumble chatter. I hope to see more sphynx merkins in the future as that was a crowd-pleaser!
