Most with the block in hand

  4. RDL
  5. Tri-cep ext.
  6. OH Press
  7. Monkey Humper
  8. SSH
  9. Merkins
  10. Flying Squirrels

For the last round pax took turns coming up with ways to modify the exercise. To the best of my memory here's what we did on the last round

 

  1. Slow Squats ic
  2. single leg calf raise w/ farmer hold
  3. "whatever this thing is" ~Sidecar
  4. single leg RDL 5ea leg
  5. Slow Dip ic
  6. Shoulder Taps ic
  7. Wojo Jump squat
  8. motivator 7-1
  9. HR Merkins
  10. Burpee

BONUS: 2ic No Surrenders… why 2? because we did 1,000 reps plus the extra 2 to represent the Michigan Wolverines total win count of 1,002. GO BLUE!

 

This workout was like a boa constrictor. It didn't seem dominant, flashy or anything over the top but it grinded away and wore you down as we got the W.
