The Perfect 10 is an ambitious workout. 10 rounds of 10 exercises 10 reps at a time. Sunspot and I are not perfect 10’s but instead are solid 9’s…we probably could have completed all 10 if we hadn’t taken a 1/4 mi warmup lap. Stupid running. 🤣
