
Hips were a little sore after doing the 10 miler yesterday so the Q called an audible. Instead of IGIPCWK120202, Caterpillar and I completed the Perfect 10 sequence (first time I've ever completed everything in one workout)

it was a good audible, tough but not grueling. I'm glad I had a notecard with this on it chilling in my glove box.
