Due to my leg injury, It’s been 4 months or 18 weeks or 132 days since I have Q’d in the gloom with you F3 brothers ! Entirely too long , but I persevered and am stronger and a better man because of it! Including learning how to swim 👍! And we are going to Persevere today in the gloom, together , leaving no man behind and no man where we found him! Using exercises to spell Persevere! Thanks for the encouragement and messages you sent me over the last 4 months! It’s kept me motivated to keep fighting, persevering to get back with you all!! Great work today brothers !! Sorry, not sorry, about the rain at 6am Pops! 😂. I may have lied to you about the no rain 😂, but it felt great and cause me to call the audible and to the tunnel of love at the end! Freakin awesome !! Glad to be back on the gloom with you boys!

Third pax jumps over both pax runs 5 yards and gets in low plank. After all pax have gone, the first pax jumps over all the pax and returns to low plank.
