
For PAX made it out post Thanksgiving to burn off some calories. Went full body WO just to make sure to hit s little bit of everything. Here is what we did…
WARM-UP:
Grass pickers x10ic
ISTA X10ic
SSH x25ic
Arm circles x10ic
Circle arms x10ic
THE THANG :
Mosey to stadium stairs
Pinky pie 10-1 with stair climbs
- after each set – up/down stadium stairs
Step-ups / squats 10/8/6/4/2
Out to the track…
Bear crawl 15ish yards – 10 merkins
Rinse/repeat
Turn around back towards starting line
Rinse/repeat : 60 yards of bear crawl / 40 merkins
Nur 100 meters : 10 squats
Rinse/repeat 4 times (1full lap/40 squats)
Crab walk 15ish yards / 10 WW2’s
Rinse repeat 4 rounds (60 yard crab / 40 WW2’s)
Slowsey 1 lap

20 penalty burpees

Sure did feel good to get out there this morning post Thanksgiving to work off some of the deliciousness! Good to see everybody out there looking to do the same. Fun racing Caterpillar up/down those stairs. That definitely added an extra twist to pinky pie for sure. I always appreciate the opportunity to lead each and every time. Thanks for following along.
