– carry blocks to field and line up facing the road
The Thing
3 rounds of 5 CPRs, run to bottom of hill near road, 10 HR Merkins and run back
Mosey to playground
3 rounds of 5 pull-ups then dead hang for 30 seconds, 15 low slow squats
Mosey to road and partner up
3 rounds of each partner running to top of hill and back while other PAX does core exercise (flutter kicks, LBCs, pickle pointers)
mosey back to field
3 rounds of 10 Wonder Blocks, run to bottom of hill near road for 10 Diamond Merkins, nur back to start
Rifle carry blocks back to flag
