The Thang

Two lines of pax…one pax drags sled 30 yds and then back for a total of 60 yds while remaining pax perform exercises and repeat until all pax have completed the sled drag.

 

Each pax performed the sled drags and two sets of exercises per round.

 

The sleds were 120 and 160 lbs.

Forward Sled Drag / Backward Sled Drag

Hi-lo Plank Merkins x 10 / Block Curls x 10

 

Round 2

Sled Power Pull / Backward Sled Drag

Thrusters x 10 / Block RDL x 15

 

Round 3

Sled Row / Forward Sled Drag

No Cheat Merkins x 10 / Block Lunges x 10 ea

 

Round 4

Bear Crawl Drag with Sandbag or Coupon x 30 yds

Farmer carry implement back x 30 yds (switching hands midway)
