12 PAX made it out to a surpriselying delightful summer morning for the final Session of Q School. I saw some repeat attendees, which was a good sign.
Since Rapho is 1 hour long, I consider this the "Honors Class" because they got some extra credit with the extra 15 minutes.
The lesson plan was mostly the same and details can be found here:

We used the extra time to allow more PAX to call exercises. Before we could only do 2x PAX for each round, but today we could fit 3-4x PAX. So more practice calling cadence and learning to lead. Always a great thing! Also at the end the PAX were to hold Al Gore while going around the circle saying the 5 Core Principals in order. Which are:
Free of charge
Open to all men
Held outdoors
Peer led in a roating fashion
Ends in a Circle of Trust
Acronym: FOHPE
If PAX got it wrong, we did a burpee. The count increased with each wrong answer.
We did 3x successful times in the correct order before closing out the workout.
With the extra time, working in more cadence calling helped solidify the routine. It's a great way for the PAX to stay sychronized during the WO and the PAX were doing it like pros.
Shout out to Door Dash who completed the Tour de LANCO (hitting all 6 workouts in 1 week) AND signed up for a VQ next week! You're going to rock it!
As we close out Q School 2024, I'm grateful and humbled to have led the amazing PAX at LANCO. In hopes of adding valuable truth bombs, re-reading Freed to Lead and Q Source has shown me there's more growing I need to do. Thank you PAX for following my lead and I hope we continue to Accelerate and become HIMs in all areas of our lives!
