Mosey to field w/ coupons; four cones set up downrange about 17yds apart; start at cone 1
Bicep curl coupon x 10 walking to 2nd cone / sprint or jog to last cone / Side Staddle Hops x10
Backwards waddle (walk/jog) back to coupon / Derkins x10 / backwards waddle back to cone 1
Sprint/jog back to coupon / Overhead press x10 walking to cone 3 / sprint to last cone (4)
Copperhead squats x10 / backwards waddle to cone 3 / Derkins x10 / backwards to cone 1
Sprint/jog to coupon / Tricep curls with coupon x10 to cone 4 / Butkus (step ups) x10 / rest
Repeat this pattern going back to cone 1 / Repeat third time going back to cone 4
Final repeat trek four slightly modified due to time / mosey to shed and return coupons
