– quad stretches
– arm stretches
THE THANG:
We ran the “Vator” …
Motivator
Merkinator
Squativator
Abdominator
Would do the round of 10 of each exercise and made our way down.
This equates to 165 reps of each exercise above 🙂

It was great having 4 PAX out this morning to share in the mugginess and get 1% better. Nice having Tinker back in action. Hope the shoulder stays doing well so you can keep posting . Blue cruised thru even with attending a wedding . The burpees testing his belly but he kept it all in haha. Baymax, the stud he is , made it all look simple. Good work today fellas! Thanks for following my lead!
